Processing Times and Delivery

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are handmade and processed within [1] business day (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Custom and made-to-order items may take longer, and we will provide an estimated timeframe at checkout.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email upon purchase and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight, destination, and chosen shipping method.

  • Estimated delivery times:

3. Domestic & International Shipping

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

 

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs processing.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address
