Returns and Refunds Eligibility 

1. Returns & Refunds Eligibility

We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:
✅ The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
✅ The wrong item was sent to you
✅ Your item is unused, in its original condition, and returned within [14] days of delivery

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
❌ Custom or personalized orders
❌ Sale or clearance items
❌ Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please follow these steps:

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within [3-5] business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

  • If a replacement is sent, we will cover the shipping cost.

Exchanges and Return Shipping

  • We only offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. If you need a different item, a new order must be placed.

  • If a return is required, we will provide return instructions.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
